The Stable Yard currently offers 8 individually designed self-catering apartments. Of these, 4 are located in the converted former coach house and have been sympathetically restored to retain many of the original beams and features.

A further 4 apartments were completed in Nov 05 and these are more of a contemporary design - more modern in style, but all finished to the same high specification.

The accommodation comprises 7 double studio apartments and 1 twin bedroomed apartment, each sleeping 2 people. Extra guest beds are available at no extra charge (subject to availability).

Please note: Epsom and Aintree have an adjoining door to make the accommodation suitable for a family or group of 4 people.


ApartmentEach apartment sleeps 2 people in either double bedded accommodation or twin beds.

Two of the apartments have adjoining facilities making this accommodation suitable for a group or family of 4 people. The Stable Yard has 4 ETC stars and is well equipped with all the conveniences of modern living.  Traditional style has been combined with contemporary furnishings to provide tasteful accommodation with some thoughtful touches to make you feel at home.

      

Each apartment has an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, tv and dvd player.

Bathrooms all have baths and power showers and the living accommodation has modern comfortable seating and dining areas.

For those wanting to work from the apartment or keep in contact with the outside world, there is access to BT Broadband in each apartment.

BedroomOutside the apartments there is ample parking and patio furniture for you to sit on warm sunny days and enjoy being in rural surroundings or to eat al fresco, making this the perfect environment to relax and unwind after a busy day.

Unfortunately our accommodation is not really suitable for pets or children between 1 and 5 years of age.

All of our apartments are non-smoking.

1 or 2 nights

£55 inc VAT per apartment per night

3 to 6 nights

£50 inc VAT per apartment per night

7 or more nights

£300 inc VAT per apartment per week

Discounts for long term accommodation can be offered. Please call to discuss your requirements.
